The purpose of this software application is to permit the various State Agencies to ability to communicate with one another in real time across the State of Georgia. This brings to the fore front a cross agency capabiltiy to retrieve various records instantly without any delay. All the front end user requires is a form name or any entry of info from another agencies record to get that form and it's contents. Records can be searched, attached between agencies,restored,editied or deleted depending upon the user permissions. This means that not any front end user can do all of the capabilities that are available. The capabilities are divided between the every day front end user and the more sophisticated Administrative user capabilities. None the less, the entire environment is in a paperless state.
